HYSA Announces Fall 2010 ProgramThe Helena Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) is excited to announce its programs for the fall of 2010 for girls and boys. HYSA will provide a program designed to address the needs of first-time soccer players to the challenges of the most competitive soccer players. We will offer our traditional recreation program for players in grades kindergarten through eighth. Players will be sorted by grade and placed on teams formed with the player’s school serving as the starting point. Registration fee will be $60. Each team will practice one night per week and play games on Sunday afternoons. The games will be played at HYSA’s Siebel Soccer Complex near the Helena Regional Airport. Games will run from September 12 through October 17. HYSA also will offer an academy program for those players in grades 4th through 8th who seek a more challenging experience. Academy soccer focuses on player development and dynamic team assignments at each game as opposed to traditional team formation systems. Players in the academy program will practice two nights each week and play games on Saturday mornings. We will play games against teams from Bozeman or Missoula on two separate weekends. Games on the other weekends will involve small-sided matches among the academy players. Registration fee will be $85.
