2024 is the 11th year of the Sleeping Giant Soccer Classic, which is the unofficial conclusion of  Montana's Fall season of competitive soccer.

The tournament encourages friendly competition and sportsmanship among the region’s U10 to U14/15 boys and girls competitive and recreational teams.

The tournament’s name comes from the Sleeping Giant Wilderness Study Area, located about 30 miles north of Helena, and the mountains in the form of a Sleeping Giant visible from many parts of town, including the Siebel Soccer Complex.

Mandatory Team Check-In

Registration will be 100% online

Please send a member of your team (coach or manager) to the soccer dome during the tournament to pick up your tournament pins

• Upload roster by October 6^th at 11:59 pm. Roster needs to be official USYS, MYSA, or US CLUB soccer. Official roster needs to match event roster. Event rosters will lock on October 6^th at 11:59 pm

• Upload player/staff cards by October 6^th at 11:59 pm

• Upload medical releases by October 6^th at 11:59 pm

• Upload travel paperwork (only required for USYS teams outside of Montana) by October 6^th at 11:59 pm

Tournament pins for all tournament participants.

Medals will be awarded to all players and coaches of the Champion and Runner-up teams in their age/gender group.

Trophies will be awarded to the Champion and Runner-up for their age/gender group.

Helena High School will be collecting donations at our entry gates on Saturday as a fundraiser for our Financial Assistance program.

Parking Fees

$10.00 per vehicle for the Tournament

Overnight Parking

$75 for the Tournament per RV/Camper/Tent/Lean-to/Pick-up Camper

REGISTER & PAY OVERNIGHT PARKING FEE

RV/Campers/Trailer parking will be restricted to the far west area beyond the parking lots facing Costco.

Referees are needed for the Sleeping Giant Soccer Classic!

Play On Soccer will also be selling merchandise as well including jerseys, shorts, pants, bags and backpacks, balls, accessories, etc.

Don’t wait until the end of the tournament to buy apparel as supplies and sizes are limited!

Over 5,000 visitors will attend Siebel Fields each day for the Tournament.

Tournament Field Sponsorship ($650.00)

An 8-foot, 2-sided Field Flag bearing your company name or logo displayed at your designated playfield during the tournament. Your field name will be printed on all tournament maps and posted on the tournament webpage. Your Field Sponsorship will be advertised on our tournament webpage and on Facebook. 

Tournament Banner Sponsorship ($250.00)

A 3 x 4-foot banner bearing your company name or logo displayed at the concession area during the tournament.  Your Banner Sponsorship will be advertised on our tournament webpage and on Facebook.
